Illustration Friday - Masks
The title of this fabric postcard is "Kangaroo Dreaming". With kangaroos it is often now you see him now you don't. This roo is masked behind two layers of hand stitching and beading.
Postcard: compost dyed silk, hand dyed threads, hand embroidery, stencil, beading.

I like the soft colors :)
These are the colours of my part of Australia, it is not all like the red centre.
